We never sell personal data. Third-party processors (Stripe, Airtable, OpenAI, etc.) receive only what’s required to run the service and are bound by their own privacy terms.

Access — request a copy of your data
Erase — request deletion

All traffic is SSL-encrypted. Content files are stored on AWS S3 with role-based access. No method is 100 % secure, but we follow industry best practices.

Terms of Service
1. Subscription & Billing
$99 per month, billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
First-Batch “Love-It” Refund. Request within 7 days of receiving batch #1 and we’ll refund all fees — no questions.
3. Intellectual Property
You own the final captions, graphics, and reels we deliver.
We may use anonymized stats or examples for marketing.
4. Acceptable Use
No hate speech, explicit adult content, or illegal activity. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability of S4BERAI is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. No consequential or incidental damages.
6. Governing Law
Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

Eligibility requirements
Account averages fewer than 250 likes per post in the 30-day baseline before signup.
You publish every delivered post unedited for 90 consecutive days (minimum 20 posts).
If the combined average of likes + comments + saves has not doubled versus baseline, email support@s4ber.ai within 7 days. We will create new content free of charge each month until the target is met. No cash refunds after the initial 7-day “Love-It” period.
